CC Alexander grew up in a family of addicts and smoked since she was a teenager. One day, after hearing her uncle proclaim, "I quit smoking 30 years ago and I could pick up a cigarette right now and keep going like I never stopped,"  she knew there was a psychological puzzle to solve. She had tried to quit many times and failed, until she finally had a breakthrough. She quit smoking in a months' time, without suffering, and has never missed it since.
